Guidelines for Returns, Verification Claims, and Adjustments
Customer satisfaction is important to Digit Ware Systems. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.
Returns Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product is visibly damaged during shipping transit.
- The product features a verified Manufacturing defect / DOA (Dead on Arrival).
- The product remains entirely in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance for:
- Opened software licenses or digital products.
- Products damaged by customer misuse or improper handling.
- Products with missing accessories, original packaging, or missing serial number labels.
- Products showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery.
- Change of mind.
- Liquid damage.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed only after careful inspection and technical verification of the returned product at our outlet. Refund processing turn-around times may vary depending on the payment channel used.
Customers are requested to inspect their package upon delivery and record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. If a product arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify Digit Ware Systems within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or the unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or past the 24-hour reporting period are strictly ineligible for replacement or refund.
After successful verification, Digit Ware Systems may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the damage. Digit Ware Systems reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
