Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Coverage Criteria, Regional Exclusions, and Validation Standards
Digit Ware Systems is committed to assisting customers with warranty-related inquiries and support. Warranty coverage varies depending on the specific product, brand, manufacturer, and warranty type.
Local Warranty Products
Products sold with local warranty are covered strictly according to the warranty terms provided by the official manufacturer, authorized distributor, or authorized regional service center. Warranty periods vary depending on the product type and brand registry, including but not limited to:
- 1 Year Warranty
- 2 Year Warranty
- 3 Year Warranty
Customers may directly visit the respective authorized brand service center to process claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Warranty processing timelines depend entirely on the manufacturer, distributor, or service center operations, changing based on component/parts availability.
Digit Ware Systems will gladly assist customers with claim guidance and support structures whenever possible.
International Warranty Products
Some premium products may be sold with international warranty coverage. Warranty eligibility, claim approval, service availability, and specific repair procedures are subject entirely to the manufacturer’s international policy framework and regional service availability.
Customers are responsible for adhering to the manufacturer’s global warranty claim process requirements. Where local authorized service centers in Pakistan accept international claims, service will be delivered according to their specific standard operating parameters. Digit Ware Systems can assist with structural information but cannot independently guarantee approval of international warranty claims.
Warranty coverage does not apply under any circumstances to the following:
- Physical structural damage or dropping impact.
- Liquid or water damage.
- Accidental damage, fire, or external electrical surges/burnt chips.
- Mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized hardware repairs/modifications.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage caused by operating system viruses or software configurations.
- Missing product serial numbers or tampered vendor warranty labels.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Product Status
Customers should thoroughly inspect products upon receipt and report any immediate manufacturing defects or DOA issues instantly according to applicable manufacturer policies.
Warranty Claims Decisions
All warranty assessments, technical inspections, approvals, repairs, or full item replacements are subject entirely to the final determination of the authorized brand manufacturer or distributor. Digit Ware Systems acts strictly as a retailer and support provider and does not independently determine warranty claim approvals.
Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle the customer to a financial refund or immediate brand swap. Apple product warranty coverage is governed exclusively by Apple’s official global warranty terms and processed by Apple Authorized Service Providers. Serial numbers will be used to verify validity protocols.
Certain special clearance items may be sold as open-box, clearance, refurbished, or pre-owned products where explicitly stated, carrying separate conditions.
Warranty processing time depends on the manufacturer, distributor, or authorized service center and may vary depending on product type and parts availability. Customers are responsible for safely packaging and transporting products submitted for warranty inspection or service unless otherwise instructed by the authorized service provider. Certain products may be sold as open-box, clearance, refurbished, or pre-owned products where explicitly stated. Such products may have separate warranty and return conditions. Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or replacement. Products will be inspected and processed according to the policies of the respective manufacturer, distributor, or authorized service center.
